As registered nurses we function as Health Care Advocates and work with families to develop a guided elder care plan that can help you navigate the health care system and can fit within your budget. Our advocacy services include medical case management, home care coordination, in-home personal care assistance and more. Elder Care Training and EducationFamilies and caregivers can get the skills they need to feel confident in care, creating a better life for themselves and those they care for.
Our case management and training labs are in the same building allowing us to provide more collaboration, cohesiveness and continuity in caring for the elderly. We provide training to families and caregivers at our local facility focusing on:
